Immunodiagnostics
Immunodiagnostics is one of the most widely used test methods for in vitro diagnosis. It is a method of diagnosing the presence or absence of a specific protein that causes disease through an antigen and antibody reaction. This test method is an effective diagnostic technology that enables customized treatment, including prevention of diseases, as the interest in early diagnosis of diseases increases as we enter the aging era.
Immunodiagnostics is a method of detecting proteins such as blood, urine, throat, nasal cavity, etc. using LFIA (Lateral Flow Immunochromatographic Assay) or ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay). It can be applied to POCT (Pont of Care Test) which requires rapid diagnosis since the process is simple, examination time is short, and no additional equipment is required for LFIA in particular. KNAX Co., Ltd. is developing a detection method that can increase the sensitivity of diagnostics for the diagnostics of not only infectious diseases but also various diseases. We plan to develop products that can detect specific biomarkers for each disease to diagnose diseases early, and to predict the response of drugs through companion diagnostics.
